Dr. Deepak Bhat did his MBBS and MD from S.P. Medical College, Bikaner (Rajasthan) and Sr. Residency at Kalawati Saran Children Hospital (Lady Harding Medical College), New Delhi and presently working as Professor of Pediatrics. His main area of interest is Neurology. He is presently looking after Neuro developmental (C.P.) and Gastroenterology clinic. He has international and national publications including chapters in books to his credit and has presented papers at international and national conferences. He is the Life Member of National IAP, National Neonatology Forum and Intensive Care Chapter of IAP. He has also been Treasurer of IAP Punjab State and Intensive Care Chapter. He has received training on Integrated Management of Neonatal & Childhood Illness (IMNCI) conducted by IAP in collaboration with WHO / UNICEF. He has also got training on lung protective mechanical ventilation in neonates & children by WFPICS.
