Dr. Nandita Maini Jindal is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry. She completed her MD in Biochemistry from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), Ludhiana in 2015. Following her post-graduation, she worked as an Assistant Professor in Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH), Ludhiana and returned to DMCH in 2020, where she continues to contribute actively to academics and clinical services. She has extensive experience in teaching MD, MBBS, BDS, and Nursing students, in addition to training students in paramedical programs. She is proficient in performing and interpreting a wide range of routine and specialized biochemical tests. An expert in laboratory quality management, she is well-versed in implementing Total Quality Management practices. She has undergone specialized training in Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) programs, Internal Auditor’s Training for Medical Laboratories as per ISO 15189:2012 standards, and the Basics of Lean Six Sigma in clinical laboratories. Her areas of special interest include Quality Control in labs, New-born screening Molecular Diagnostics and Medical Education.
